new construction infill housing
A recent discussion about some of the new houses being built in our area got me thinking about some of the new houses that I’ve seen recently in the old parts of town.

this is how an old house collapses
Despite our best efforts, the long-suffering porch of the house next door continues to be an issue. It now seems like the city will be tearing of the porch for being “unsafe due to deterioration and collapsing elements”.
