privacy fences

Sometime this summer we’ll be pushing forward our privacy fence. We’ll need new fencing in the most visible spot and this will be an opportunity to have something a little nice showing. In typical fashion, we went walking around the neighborhood as research.

Here are some of the fences that we saw:

I really like the fence with the grate “window.”

I’m with Kasmira. That one really stands out as unique and cute.

That was one that we’d seen before and remembered. Getting a photo of that was actually our destination for that walk. Check out the view through the grate.

    John:
I just had Narron Fence in Richmond put in a privacy fence in my backyard in Byrd Park (just like the third photo down — dog-eared board, no frills). I’ll put in a plug for them. They came when they said they would (getting somebody to come and do anything at all is a miracle these days) and they did an excellent job, exactly what I wanted. My 2 cents — just wanted to pass along a good experience.
