continuing electrical work
The electricians continue rewiring downstairs.
The hardworking and dedicated electricians were down over the weekend to continue rewiring the downstairs. All the lines have been run and all of the boxes are up, now all that we have to do is get the drywall up and they’ll be able to power up the lines.
They did do an immediately great thing for us… We now have a working front-porch light. We’ve been here over a year with no light out there, so this is a huge improvement.
Yeehaw - how exciting! I have a great appreciation for electricians now that I know what they’re up against. It is painstaking, frustrating work. Especially in an old house where you can’t just run lines any old way you please.
